Over the last 20 years of spiritual seeking, I have tried many “systems” of meditation trying to “fit in” and find a way to be a better person.

I borrow some of the “greatest hits” from many meditation styles and am never bound to one particular strategy.

I believe that everyone has their own “spontaneous meditation” and my goal is to dispel any myths that people “can’t meditate” because they “can’t sit still” and to help people trust in the type of practice that is working best for them.

The core tenet of meditation is not about the how, but about the why. Being willing to spend time getting to know ourselves, and sit through the turmoil and the joy is the true practice.

I help people welcome silence back into their lives by teaching meditation through love, authenticity, and flexibility.

Join me at Saraswati's Yoga Joint Thursday morning @ 8:00 am for a donation based meditation class (20 minutes) or the 1st Tuesday of the month at Hello Yoga, 80 Old Ridgefield Road, Wilton, CT 7:30-8:30pm $20.
